Cyanotypes (or blueprints) are a creative sideline to her photography, which has now turned into a small business, where she sells prints, cards and a growing number of 70-piece mini wooden jigsaws decorated with her designs, which have now made their way to the Far East and Australia.
All her designs start life as a blueprint, created in the traditional way, then mixed with modern day photography, design and pops of colour.
“I like a process, and this is definitely a process, that certainly isn’t foolproof, but I like to see what I get. My designs don’t always just happen. Sometimes they work like magic and other times it takes ages. But that’s the beauty and the enjoyment of it all.”
