I have.been wood turning now for 30 years. Mainly self taught when we lived in Wimbledon, and I was not at work.
I am particularly interested in bowls, boxes and platters. I like to produce items which are useful rather than frivolous or decorative.
I work in oak, ash, sycamore, yew, cherry etc. and like to finish them to a high standard. I have my own workshop above a garage in Poundbury where I have been occupying my retirement years since 2006.
