Roy Winstanley

Working in Acrylic or Watercolour ( but lately making light relief sculpture) he has exhibited with the Royal Watercolour Society, the Royal Society, the Sunday Times Watercolour Competition and was a prize winner in the John Laing Landscape competition.
He has work shown at home and abroad with a large group of paintings in a royal villa in Rabat.
His work comes from a variety of interests, but he chooses to have a dialogue with the painted surface as the work develops.
He was the first chair of Dorset Arts Week in 1992 and 1994.
