Julian Bailey

Julian Bailey is a painter of figurative and landscape subjects, based in Dorchester. He has exhibited in London and throughout the country over a forty year career. He has recently been showing a small series of gouache’s on Instagram based on an updated interpretation of the Mayor of Casterbridge. ( seen at JulianBailey jad ). For this exhibition Julian is showing a recent work in oil called ‘ The cabin’, an old wooden boat set amongst the reeds on the River Frome at Wareham. ( 18 x 20 ins ).
