Sara Hill

I am a potter and pottery teacher based in, Dorset.
My work is both wheel-thrown and hand built characterised by clean, contemporary forms and distinctive layered glazes. I like to explore the relationship between shape, texture and colour.
Alongside my studio practice, I teach weekly pottery classes in my beautiful studio near Abbotsbury. I love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for the craft with others.
I am self taught, my mother and Aunt were both potters, I have a deep love and respect for the medium.
