Barbara Davis

I am a believer in its never to late to try something new, going back to university at the age of 45, moving to live by the sea namely the beautiful isle of Portland or calling yourself an artist! After working in education/ social care throughout my life its now the time for me to slow down and enjoy my surroundings which is where I get my inspirations. I still work part time as a trainer but I am now following my dream to create and sell my pictures. I have always been creative, dabbling in crafts but its now or never to focus on painting. I use acrylics and pastels and some pyrography when the mood takes me. Pastels are my real passion the colours and textures are so satisfying and I adore painting the world around me.
