Alison Moore
Rooted in a strong academic foundation from Hull College of Art and Goldsmiths, Alison’s paintings explore how light transforms shape and colour across domestic and public gardens. Her practice is an ongoing study of foliage, capturing fleeting natural light through layered, intuitive mark-making. Developed alongside a thirty-year career in art education, her work reflects a deep, enduring dialogue between formal painterly technique and organic subject matter.
