Nicola Butler

In 1998, at the age of 50, Nicola decided that she didn’t want to get to 70 and say ”I wish I had..,” so she took a botanical illustration course at the Chelsea Physic Garden in London. This led to a number of exhibitions, some teaching as well as great deal of pleasure in observing and painting plants. More recently she has moved towards the looser medium of oils and iPad painting.
