Jane Coxhill

I have painted and drawn since childhood and whilst at Weymouth Grammar School studied Art at ‘O’ and ‘A’ level. Then adult life took hold, mortgages children and running a business in Weymouth, but with what spare time I had I attended evening classes and continued to paint and draw. After retirement I began a degree course with the Open College of the Arts and achieved a First Class degree. I continue to explore and experiment with paint, inspired by the Dorset landscape that has always surrounded me, exhibiting and selling as the opportunities arise. I also enjoying sharing my enthusiasm for art by teaching and encouraging others to enjoy what paint can do.
