Haleema Shakur-Still

I a potter whose work combines both traditional craftsmanship and modern designs. I draw inspiration from people, nature, other forms of art and everyday life living in Dorset. My work includes both wheel thrown and hand-built ceramics. I like playing with colours and shapes and like the clean lines underglaze can create and the randomness created by wood fire and Raku. Each piece I make is thoughtfully designed and I love the imperfections that make handmade pottery so unique.
