Registration for Art in the Park 2025

– Art in The Park 2025 – is open to any artist who has registered.
– Contestant Categories: Adult Experienced artist 18+, Adult Enthusiast artist 18+, Senior – 14 up to and including 17, Intermediate – 11 up to and including 14, Junior – up to and including 10
– Registration Fees: 18+ £10, Under 18 Free
– Children under 11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

The Day
– Your artwork must be created on the day. There are no size restrictions
– Check-in takes place at PiPs Café from 10am to noon
– Painting takes place between 10am – 4pm, with prizes announced on Monday 2nd June via email and on our Art in Poundbury website
– Entry is at artist’s own risk
– At check-in the back of each canvas/board/surface you plan to use will be stamped with our logo, as a guarantee that your work has been created on the day
– You can create as many images as you like, but only one single work can be put forward for judging
– An image of each entry must be emailed to contact@artinpoundbury.co.uk by midday on Sunday 1st June 2025 for judging. All entries, not just the winning works, will be displayed on our website.


Cancellation
– Notice of 48 hours in advance will be given of any decision to postpone the event due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstance
– If the event is cancelled (due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control) artists will have 7 days from the 31st May to paint on the Great Field and compete in the art competition. Revised plans for submitting artwork for judging will be announced by 6pm Monday 2nd June
– Registration fee is non-refundable.
