For two weeks from 22 November the Jubilee Hall in Poundbury will be the place to be for art lovers. If you needed any more encouragement, here are five reasons to make a date:
- Admire and buy original art work from over 140 local artists, plus prints and cards.
- Visit the Tiny Art Gallery and peer into a wonderland of tiny masterpieces created by professional and up and coming artists. The artists behind each work will only be revealed once the picture is sold. With every work priced at just £25 you’re sure to come away with a treasure. All profits go to Dorset Hospital Charity and Arts in Hospital.
- Marvel at the installation created by communities in and around Dorchester. It will soar across the hall carrying messages of hope.
- Enter the raffle that other raffles are jealous of. The prizes are amazing and the proceeds support the Dorset Hospital Charity and Arts in Hospital.
- Meet the artists behind some of the work in the exhibition, find out more about their work and have a go yourself.
