Painting and sketching land and seascapes has become a passion. Inspired by different light conditions, moods and colours of the sea, clouds and countryside, I try to capture a feeling about the place. I may sketch at a location over and over again and then paint back in the studio. Sometimes I will simply create paintings from memories and emotions.
