I originally trained in ceramics and now create sculpture in galvanised woven wire.

My interests in nature and garden design are combined in my pieces which are often mounted on old tools or reclaimed wood.

My work varies in size from small birds and mice to life sized cows. I sometimes play with scale producing giant insects and seed pods.

Working predominantly in oils and printmaking, Kevin’s artwork is rooted in observational study. Initially through plein air paintings and sketches taken from life, Kevin is inspired by his surrounding landscape and he relishes the opportunity to evoke a sense of place.

Kevin was one of our winning artists from our Art in the Park event. Below is his painting from the day.
