Lucie Milner

A self-taught artist working in acrylic, I I was born on the Isle of Wight, but grew up in the New Forest close to The Solent. I have lived in West Dorset for the past eighteen years surrounded by beautiful countryside and the coast from which to draw inspiration for my landscapes. I had a passion for art in my youth, but it wasn’t really until 2018 that I had the urge to start painting on canvas again, when a diagnosis of MS changed my life and art and painting became central to everything. I have held several “one woman” exhibitions locally, exhibited at Eype Centre fro the Arts, at Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire and have taken part in Dorset Art Weeks over the past few years.
