Haleema Shakur-Still

Working towards becoming a ceramicist, I enjoy creating both natural objects and ancient vessels. I work in stoneware and porcelain clays, using different techniques including including wheel throwing, slip casting and slab building. The forms include bowls and vases. I experiment with porcelain to create ‘fragile’ objects.
