After a career in Medicine I finally followed a dream : I went to Art school and completed my BA in fine art , then took as many classes and courses as I could and loved it .
I love to paint ; I love the feel of paint as it transfers from brush to canvas conveying meaning through colour and shape, telling a story .
I love Dorset , the hills and the sea , the colours ever changing. So much to paint !
Painting has the power to awaken and alert sensations , feelings ,memories , connections and mysteries ; my role is to find this power and share it.
I learn something from every painting, each piece unique , some flow and others are a struggle. To know they are enjoyed is rewarding but the privilege
of having time to paint and being amongst other artists is reward enough .
