DESCRIPTION:Our Summer Event will be Art in the Squares.\nRegistration is n
 ow open - please click here to complete the online form.\nWe invite all ar
 tists to come and join our summer en plein air painting event in the Squar
 es of Poundbury. We plan a lighthearted day of painting and sketching in d
 ifferent parts of Poundbury - joining like minded people in a day of share
 d creativity in the great outdoors. Everything from distant views to inter
 esting architecture is available to paint.\n\nIf you are a budding enthusi
 ast\, experienced professional or under 16 you will be welcome. 'Under 16s
 ''  should register on the day in the Jubilee Hall between 10am and noon.
  'Under 12s' must be accompanied by an adult. All 'Under 16'  and 'Under 
 12' can register for free.\n\nThere will be eight locations to choose from
  each providing a different aspect in which to be inspired. Architecture\,
  formal squares\, nature\, distant views\, people\, even scaffolding!\n\nQ
 ueen Mother Square\, Royal Pavilion Green\, The Duchy Farmhouse\, Coade Sq
 uare\, Hayward Square\, Centenary Field\, Pummery Square and Crown Square.

 e  checked in at Jubilee Hall  between 10am and midday.\n\n'Under 16'  
 and 'Under 12' will need to return their work to Jubilee Hall by 1.45pm fo
 r judging. Prizes will awarded once judging is complete.\n\nAll other arti
 sts will need to return their work to Jubilee Hall by 3.45pm for judging. 
 Prizes will awarded once judging is complete.\n\nSix  awards will be made
  in three categories  - Experienced  Artists\, Enthusiastic Artists and 
 Under 16s. \n\nIn addition to generous cash/voucher prizes all category w
 inners will win a professionally printed and mounted fine giclee print of 
 their winning painting along with 36 professionally printed cards. There w
 ill also be the opportunity for the winning work to be exhibited locally.\
 n\nWe recommend you register in advance for this event - you will then be 
 emailed with regular updates about the details of the day. Registration co
 sts £5. \n\nUnder 16 and Under 12  can register for free on the day.\n\n
